St. Morita implements quality assurance system starting from the sorting of the raw materials in the first stage of production process up to the finishing process.
Following are the quality assurance system which has been carried out in St. Morita’s factory:
- Incoming inspection: high standard control tests for all raw materials.
- In process inspection: dimensional tests for semi finished products or components, machinery process measurement.
