History Values and Basic Beliefs
St. Morita has evolved from PT. Suplametindo Abadi. Departing from a great interest to build up the nation in term “Nation and Character Building” as primary mission and to be developer agent as secondary mission, St. Morita established in 2009 in Jakarta. St. Morita range on adhesive and adhesive tape. The first established products are fastener/ screw, adhesive and adhesive tape to digital printing and finally able to develop market in Oil & Gas i.e. Biocat TM-1 and establish abroad partnerships

The globalization and the increasingly competitive environment require companies not only to raise the level of their productivity but also to be able to deliver quality products and services that meet the consumers’ needs. In addition, companies have to be able to offer ease, comfort and timeliness to their customers.
In order to meet these demands, St. Morita set up its Research & Development Division in 2009. It was established with a strong vision of the future under the leadership of seasoned, highly competent and widely experienced R&D professionals. It started as a Product Support-Research & Development (PS-R&D) and Quality Control- Research & Development (QC-R&D) which in charge of developing adhesive and adhesive tape products. The department set the standards for the raw materials, process and products along with introduced efficiency in the production process by using minimal tools and simple facilities.

St. Morita does its best to create the long-term mutual relationship to the customer continuously. In order to meet these demands, St. Morita set up its R&D Division in 2009. Therefore, complete knowledge as well as master of science and technology in the fields of polymer, adhesive, research methodology and their application in product development is essential. In order to realize the company’s mission, we require high caliber and sustainable research, supporting facilities, equipment and qualified human resources. The duties and responsibilities of the R&D include: • To develop new products; • To enhance the quality of existing products; • To support the factories and manufacturing facilities and help find the solution for their operational problems, and • To use science and technology in creating breakthroughs and in developing quality products in anticipating the increasingly tight competition.
